Senator Meyer, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 2384. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 169(RLS) "An Act relating to the definition of 'direct supervision' for purposes of medical assistance coverage of behavioral health clinic services" was adopted. 2018-03-26 Senate Journal Page 2387 Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 169(RLS) was read the third time.
